Togarashi Flat Iron Steak

Made up a quick steak rub for dinner and it was pretty good so I wanted to share it with everyone. If you have never used togarashi before you can probably find it at some grocery stores or most Asian markets should carry it. Togarashi is a spice mix usually consisting of nori, orange zest, chile powder, sesame seeds, and ginger. If you have never tried it before check it out!

Togarashi Steak Rub:                       Yields: 2 1/2 Tbsp (Of Mix)

In a bowl mix together all the dry spices, generously season steak with rub mix. Rub oil on steak and place on hot grill. Grill til desired temp and remove from grill. Let steak rest for 5 minutes before cutting and enjoy! I served this steak with some roasted potatoes and a mix of roasted vegetables, some purple cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and squash.

Real quick and easy recipe for today, I have some really great fall recipes I am working on right now that I can’t wait to share with everyone so keep an eye out and thank you again everyone for the support! It means the world.
