Orange Apple and Cardamom Gin

• 2 oz Malfy Lemon Gin™
• 4 oz Sugar
• 4 oz Water
• 3 Orange Peels
• 4-5 Cardamom Pods
• 4 oz Apple Juice

To make the simple syrup place the water, sugar, 2 orange peels, and cardamom pods in a pot and bring to a boil. When mix begins to boil remove from heat and let cool. To make the drink pour 2 oz of gin over ice, 1/2 oz simple syrup, and 4 oz apple juice, stir drink with a stir stick and garnish with an orange peel! If you are over 21 then enjoy! If you are under 21 then make the recipe without the gin and you’ll probably get a pretty good sugar rush.
