Sweet Soy and Garlic Pork

Family meal is a staple in a lot of restaurants, at the end of a long shift finally getting to sit and have some food with your co workers can be such a relief especially on weekends. Whenever it was my turn to make family meal a go to of mine would be this marinade. It’s a very simple 4 ingredient marinade that you can use on whatever protein you’d like and is perfect for grilling season. For this recipe I used pork loin and served it with some steamed broccoli and bean thread.

Alright alright the post isn’t done just yet. But the marinade really is that simple. If you would like it to be a little sweeter add another 1/4 C of brown sugar. Next place in a ziplock bag with protein and let sit for 3 hrs – overnight in fridge to marinade.

When you are ready to grill remove from bag and place on grill. After flipping protein use brush to glaze the top of pork and cook until done. Remove from heat and let rest. After pork has rested 5 minutes slice and serve. You can use this with beef tenderloin, chicken breast, pork chops, whatever you’d like! It is coming into grilling season and its always good to have a variety of glazes and marinades to try so give this one a shot! Thank you again for reading and happy grilling!
